Call for Contributions to WAP Members
Dear WAP members, we invite you to present the clinical case that mobilises you to shed light on, unfold and illustrate the theme of the next congress.
These cases will be presented and discussed during the clinical day of the congress, which will take place in simultaneous sessions on Thursday 30th of April and Friday 1st of May 2026. The sessions will be held via videoconference, with live translation by professionals.
The selected texts will focus on the uniqueness of the case. They will clearly outline the direction of the treatment and the analyst's interventions. The original connection with the theme will be precise and clearly highlighted. The works may, of course, be based on a quotation or theoretical reference, without however obscuring the crux of the case.
To categorise and structure different ways of approaching the theme, the Executive Board has established five areas that will help you to focus on a particular perspective.
The selection of works will be carried out by eight reading cartels, composed of members from the seven Schools and reflecting their diversity. A committee will then collect the panels' recommendations and consolidate them.
The programme will be established in its final version by the end of January and it will know how to surprise and teach us. The framework and the axes developed by the Executive Board provide valuable guidance to inspire and support your work.
You can explore and enrich your thinking on the congress website: axes, arguments, orientation texts, contributions, bibliography.
Find them on the website of the congress.
Start sharpening your ideas and pencils now. We look forward to reading your contributions. You will know how to bring this inexhaustibly topical theme to life.
Ricardo Seldes, director of the XV Congress
Pascale Fari & Adolfo Ruiz, responsible for the reading cartels
We look forward to hearing from you!
